Three years ago, the Manhunt, ended. Sebastian Shaw met his demise at the hands of James Hoefer, an infiltrator. The Younger Brother of the assassinated former District Attorney J.C. Hoefer who attempted to stop Shaw and the Hierarchy in their terrorist coup. J.C, failed where his younger brother did not. The Young James, brilliantly infiltrated Sebastian Shaw’s command network during the turmoil brought on by Shaw’s former second in command Dan Trask. James’ success in removing the renowned terrorist leader only created a power vacuum, and one which Trask easily assumed.
Four years later, The Hierarchy is stronger than ever, and the mantle that Trask has built rules the population with a heavy but fair hand. It is a prosperous era in the region, and the Hierarchy stands in great hope to have its sovereignty recognized.
It is also a fleeting time for the Hierarchy. Two wars overseas have ended, and The United States is bringing home troops rapidly. Many of those troops are being re assigned to The Department of Homeland Security, and The Federal Task Force, which was originally tasked with taking down The Hierarchy. The Task Force was ultimately forced to withdraw from the battle. The FTF’s troops were torn between the promises of a newly formed government without corruption, and the death tolls that surrounded them during encounters with Shaw’s loyal Rail gun Squads. Now, The FTF is being reinforced and its numbers have grown. Battle hardened soldiers from the Iraq and Afghan wars have come home and have readily volunteered to take down this domestic threat. Aided by efforts made by the government to duplicate the Hierarchy’s hand held rail guns, they stand ready to attack the Capital District, and reclaim the Cities of Albany, Schenectady and Troy.
The Hierarchy is ready, Trask and his highly trained rail gun squads stand ready alongside his legions of loyal Hierarchy soldiers to maintain their four year old government in its infancy and defend its unrecognized Sovereignty. The stage sets again, and once again the battles will resume.
The Manhunt is over. The rail gun wars will soon begin!

THE RAIL GUN WARS
Missions for Rail Gun Wars.
Mission One: “Boots on the Ground”
The Federal Task Force, made up of battle hardened veterans from the Iraq and Afghan wars now comprise the bulk of the FTF. Alongside members of the surviving FTF from three years earlier, who have been conducting surveillance raids inside Hierarchy controlled regions, are ready to assault the Capital District, and restore the upper NY region back under the control of the United States Government.
The Federal Task force has set up an invasion with the bulk of the forces ready to retake the Saratoga region first and establish a foothold. To aid in this invasion, The FTF will air drop forces into other cities as strike forces, and to de stabilize the Hierarchy Army.
The FTF has stolen a Hierarchy transport, with rail gun components and limited resources, but they have enough to operate a small three man rail gun squad.
The Hierarchy Army is in control of the region, but while Trask is in command and in control, he is dangerously low on the resources he needs to keep operating his rail gun squads. Trask is being forced to utilize more conventional methods to defend his sovereignty. With Limited resources he will only be able to operate a small rail gun squad of three men.
Rail Gunners will be head hits only.
